#teamhelimed29 are taking on the iconic challenge of trekking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in 2024!
This fully supported expedition deservedly tops the bucket list of everyone with an adventurous spirit! Led by an experienced expedition team, the 7-day trek allows you to get acclimatised for the summit attempt and enjoy the mountain to its utmost.
The trek takes us along the Lemosho route which is quieter than the others and leads us through some fantastic and very varied terrain. The Lemosho approaches from the west and is often favoured due to its smaller crowds, great scenic variety and high success rates. Every day is so incredibly different, it is a truly spectacular challenge!
How to join Team Helimed 29
There are two funding options available to join us on our Mount Kilimanjaro 2024 trek:
Charity Sponsorship
Pay a deposit of £800 directly to our challenge partner, 360 Expeditions, and pledge to fundraise £5,000 for us! In return you will receive a free Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance t-shirt and snood ready for your challenge, and you will be supported every step of the way by our challenges team!
Self-funded
Choose to cover the whole cost of the trip yourself with no minimum fundraising target, simply raise as much as you can!
(Full cost of trip is £3,345 – this is made up of £800 deposit, then the remaining £2,545 balance to be paid directly to our challenge partner, 360 Expeditions, no later than 2 months before departure).
