Raffle Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance Charity 30th Anniversary Raffle

- Promoter: Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance Charity, Registered Charity No. 1017501. Responsible person: Colin Cawood-Campbell, Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance HQ, HEMS Way, Off Sleaford Road, Lincoln, LN4 2GW

- Licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 5068.

- The raffle is open to all residents of Great Britain.

- Our raffle is only open to players over the age of 18. Any player found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the rights to any prize.

- Participation in this raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket. Any raffle ticket monies received after the closing date will be treated as a donation and the tickets will not be entered into the draw.

- Gift Aid cannot be claimed on raffle ticket monies, but Gift Aid can be claimed on donations.

- The draw will be made by an industry approved Random Number Generator at the Headquarters of Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance, Lottery office.

- If any winner cannot be identified or a prize is refused, the prize winner below that prize will be promoted to win the prize above. E.G if the 1st prize is not claimed, the winner of the second prize will win that prize and the winner of the first runner up prize drawn will win the second prize. An extra runner up prize will then be drawn.

- Winning tickets will be notified by telephone or post no later than two weeks after the draw date. Winning tickets will be published on our website.
