Louise is also a qualified solicitor specialising in HR and employment law having worked up to Partner level in a regional law firm before moving into a combined career of law and HR management nearly 10 years ago.
Having been a keen motorbiker and traveller Louise understands the significant impact a local air ambulance can have when responding to incidents and her late husband was in fact treated at the roadside when he suffered a fatal cardiac arrest in Leicestershire. Whilst the outcome of his treatment on that day wasn’t successful Louise’s support for our work increased and having moved to Lincolnshire, and seeing the opportunity to become a Trustee, jumped at the chance.
