Why did you take on the challenge? – With over 2,000 colleagues working in our warehouse, we saw this as a chance not only to raise vital funds but also to brighten their day. Our colleagues love getting involved in charity, and the challenge brought a real buzz across the campus. Friendly rivalry between teams sparked energy and spirit, and it was fantastic to see everyone working together for such a worthy cause.
What positive impact did it have on your team? – The positive impact was clear, our whole campus was proud of the incredible amount raised and the difference it will make.

Why did you take on the challenge? – Our employees have agreed to fundraise for LNAA for three years and we saw the challenge as an opportunity to raise money in a fun way. We’re very competitive so having a leaderboard to compete with other organisations was something we wanted to do as well to push us to do more.
What positive impact did it have on your team? – The challenge brought together people from different teams and departments that don’t usually see each other or work together on a daily basis. There were plenty of smiles and laughs and new friendships built as a result of the challenge.

Why did you take on the challenge? – We wanted to kick off the New Year with a brand-new start to planning ideas and supporting LNAA.
What positive impact did it have on your team? – One individual wanted to improve fitness, so linked an individual cycling idea to fundraising. The other events were more social. Both providing opportunities for people to get together and increase engagement out of work.
