Get ready for the ultimate fun run! Join us for an unforgettable day at the Inflatable 5km Lincoln, a unique course packed with giant obstacles, slides, and inflatables that guarantee laughter and excitement at every turn.
What to Expect:
- 30+ Epic Obstacles: Take on over 30 giant inflatables on this 5k course, our biggest and best challenge yet!
- 5 Motivating Music Zones: Stay energized as you motivate each other through each section.
- Distance Options for All: Choose from 2.5k, 5k, 10k, or 15k to run, walk, jog or bounce your way around the course.
- All abilities welcome: No need to be a seasoned runner, this is about FUN!

How to Enter:
There are two ways you can join us at this event:
Get a Charity Place
Choose your distance, sign up for one of our charity spaces using the link below and pledge to fundraise for us! In return you will receive a free Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance t-shirt and will be supported every step of the way by our challenges team.
Registration fee:
- 2.5km – £15
- 5km – £25
- 10km – £30
- 15km – £35
Fundraising target:
- 2.5km – £50
- 5km – £100
- 10km – £150
- 15km – £200
Use Your Own Place
If you have already secured your space in the Inflatable 5km Lincoln 2026 and would like to join Team Helimed 29, simply email challenges@ambucopter.org.uk and we will send you a LNAA running t-shirt – there is no minimum fundraising amount, simply raise as much as you can!
