Councillor takes on abseil challenge for LNAA
A huge thank you to Cllr Tina Combellack, Mayor of Rushcliffe for taking on her thrilling abseil challenge off Kings Mill Viaduct.
Cllr Tina Combellack completed her challenge as a way to say thank you to LNAA for helping her when she was left with severe injuries and six broken ribs following a horse riding accident in 2003. She was treated at the scene before being transferred by helicopter to hospital.
Our Community Fundraiser, Steph Bradshaw said: “As a charity, we rely heavily on fundraisers like Cllr Combellack to keep our helicopter flying and our critical care care cars operational, saving lives across the counties of Lincs & Notts. We are incredibly grateful for this support.”
