Senior HEMS Paramedic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified clinician to join the expanding paramedic team at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance as the Senior HEMS Paramedic.  This individual will help build resilience within our team, support ongoing expansion of our 24/7 operations and provide strong leadership of our paramedic team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate dynamic leadership and management, whilst working in a developing and transitional environment.  They will have in-depth knowledge of CQC, using this effectively in supporting our journey to clinical independence.  They will display clinical excellence along with a thorough understanding of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

Candidates must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a HEMS Paramedic, in addition to a proven track record in leadership and management roles.  The candidate will be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development and have completed a post graduate qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (Critical Care).
